Preparation, Registration Material and Desk

Number of Volunteer(s) needed: min. 6 volunteers on Monday for kit stuffing (4-6 hours - 13:00 to 19:00) + 1 or 2 people on Tuesday for 2-3 hours (09:00 to 12:00) to set-up desk

Volunteer Job Description:

Help sort and organize material to be included in delegate folders;
Stuff and organize delegate folder (approx. 500);
Stuff, organize and alphabetize name badges;
Move material to registration desk location and organize for set-up;
Set-up desk on Tuesday morning, ready to open at noon.

Qualifications:

- love to meet other people
- general knowledge of our community, of Communities in Bloom, of the Symposium and Awards Ceremony
- English essential, at least 1 person per assignment per shift bilingual
