Number of Volunteer(s) needed: 1-2 people throughout the event, preferably the same people as they become familiar with the tasks and requests. Staffing Tuesday (11:00 to 17:00) and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (08:00 to 16:00)

Volunteer Job Description:

Assist with general and specific information on Metro Moncton (including shops, restaurants, tourism, optional tours, etc.)
Have tourism literature available for those who want it
Take registrations for tours
Assist delegates with any questions, requirements, directing them to where them to other sources as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- love to meet other people
- general knowledge of our community, of Communities in Bloom, of the Symposium and Awards Ceremony
- English essential, at least 1 person per assignment per shift bilingual
