Number of Volunteer(s) needed: 2 or 3 persons to rotate throughout the event (not necessarily all at once) Staffing Tuesday (11:00 to 17:00), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (09:00 to 16:30)

Volunteer Job Description:

2 people to assist with room set-up on Tuesday;
2 people to assist with tear down, packing and shipping on Saturday around 1:00 p.m.
During the event : Assist Margaret, Ivan & Monique with Silent Auction bids and Merchandise sales. These Volunteers must be comfortable with handling money, petty cash, keeping track of inventory, etc.

Qualifications:

- love to meet other people
- general knowledge of our community, of Communities in Bloom, of the Symposium and Awards Ceremony
- English essential, at least 1 person per assignment per shift bilingual
