assist with overall logistics, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 07:30 to 18:00), including :

Meeting space checks;
Food & Beverage (CiB breaks, meals, etc.)
Run errands
Assist with signage distribution, on and off site.

Qualifications:

- love to meet other people
- general knowledge of our community, of Communities in Bloom, of the Symposium and Awards Ceremony
- English essential, at least 1 person per assignment per shift bilingual
