The client is sociable and motivated and a pleasure to work with. She has severe deficits in understanding and using language and would appreciate all the help you can give! Qualifications The volunteer would be English speaking, and ready to learn about language and how we communicate with words and without. Leader: Sheila Pugsley Start: 4 may 2010 Continuing: Yes Weekly Time Commitment: Approx. 30 minutes once or twice a week - more if able. Time arranged with volunteer: Yes Training: Training in language facilitation and ongoing support provided by the speech language pathologist.

La cliente est amicale et motivée, et une personne avec laquelle il est agréable de travailler. Elle a d’importantes difficultés à comprendre et à utiliser le langage, et elle pourrait bénéficier de toute l’aide que vous pourriez lui donner! Compétences Le bénévole devrait parler l’anglais, et être prêt à apprendre le langage et la façon dont nous communiquons avec et sans mots.
