Description
St. John Ambulance is looking for people who are interested in providing a First Aid Services at community events such as Wildcats hockey games, walks and runs, sport competitions and events, large gatherings, concerts and many other events. Members must attend regular meetings where ongoing training and skill practice takes place.
Qualifications
Must complete an application, have 3 references to check, a police record check and an interview before being accepted as a member of the organization. They are also required to have a minimum of Standard First Aid certification. Further training as a Medical First Responder to members in good standing. To be an efficient member, you are required to give 60 hours per year to the Division.

Training:
Members are given an orientation when they join. From there they receive regular ongoing training at meetings as well as formal Medical First Responder training.
